Blanc is a stunning apartment and has a cool, minimal vibe with white marble floors, glass wall partitions and chrome finishings. This modern city pad is complete with a 40m2 tiled terrace that captures the sun in the afternoon and evening and overlooks the park of Square Leclerc and the city of Nice. Neighbourhood
Sandwiched between the Old Town and new this is an ideal location. Stroll around the corner into a maze of narrow cobbled streets, boutique shops, deli's and bistros. Cross the park in opposite direction a more modern Nice awaits with high street and designer shops and modern restaurants. The Promenade des Anglais and the beach is a 3 minute walk around the corner. We like to be honest about our locations and the small street of Descente Crotti is typical of some of the streets in the Old Town and is scruffy in parts. This has no bearing on this tourist friendly area and the apartment.
Bedrooms
The bedroom is white and cool with a high quality king size bed. In the adjoining dressing room there is a wardrobe with the mirror and towel radiator. The bedroom has a ceiling fan and double glazed windows for a peaceful nights sleep.
Bathrooms
There is a wet room with powerful overhead shower, sink unit and toilet.
Living Area
Marble tiled floors beautifully compliment the large white leather corner sofa bed in the lounge which is fitted with air conditioning. If you're a movie lover then there is a 30” LCD TV (English and French channels) with surround sound, DVD/ CD player and FREE internet access.
Kitchen
The kitchen is compact and is designed for holiday catering. It has contemporary white units with a marble work surface. It has a fridge-freezer, a two ring electric hob, a combination microwave/grill, washing machine, toaster, kettle and cafetière.
Dining Area
If you manage to tear your self away from the terrace there is a glass dining table and seating for four in the living area.
Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go car park Promenade du Paillon just further up on Blvd Jean Jaurès and also an underground car park at the Place du Palais, the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari. There is another one on the Cours Saleya, the entrance is on Rue Sainte François de Paule. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' is your nearest bus stop, around 2 minute walk from your apartment. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a good 15 minute walk. But you can use the tram. Tram stop 'Opéra' is your closest stop outside the apartment. It is less than a 5 minute journey to the train station. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien, a 5 minute walk from Your Nice Apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one king size bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed there is an extra 30€ charge.

We’ve had quite a few opera singers stay in Blanc whilst performing at the Nice Opera House as it’s just around the corner. The apartment looked just like the photos which was a pleasant surprise! We enjoyed our time here, especially drinking wine on the terrace. The location is perfect for exploring the Old town and the tram outside gets you to the train station in 5 minutes, great for getting to Cannes and Monaco. All in all very impressive.
