Turn left out of your apartment and at the bottom of your street is a lovely boulangerie called 'La Fougasserie'. Fougasse is a typical provençal bread traditionally baked to test if the oven was hot enough for the rest of the bread. Now it’s stuffed with olives, anchovies, ham or cheese and is almost the French version of a pizza and it’s delicious!
