Neighbourhood
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is very close within a 10 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.

The master bedroom has a king size bedroom, large fitted Italian wardrobe, stunning views over the chateau and port. The twin room also has the same spectacular views and large fitted wardrobe.

The stylish bathroom has a full length bath and over head shower, a lovely vanity unit and separate WC.
Living Area
The living area has a polished marble floor, large comfortable 4 seater sofa, 2 casual chairs. Cream furnishings and contrasting fabrics make this a well styled living area. There is a 32” LCD TV (with English news and French channels) DVD player, Internet, iPod dock/radio and selection of DVDs and books for you to enjoy. French doors lead out onto the balcony and there is refreshing cool breeze throughout the whole of summer. The separate sleek, stylish Italian kitchen is well equipped and you’ll find a 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, large integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, cafetière and a good selection of cooking equipment.

Parking
Street parking can be found for free on the road in front of the Bleu Rivage complex.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port, by the Riquier train station. Bus stop 'Le Port' is your nearest meeting bus stop. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Riquier train station is a 15 minute walk away and you can take trains in the direction of Monaco, Italy or Cannes and Grasse. Taxis can pick up/ drop off at your apartment.
