My boyfriend and I spent a week here in June and it was amazing. Its a fantastic apartment with everything you could wish for, even a dishwasher which is a god send when on holiday. The property was very clean and well maintained and we were greeted by an English speaking person and showed to our apartment, which is ideal when you don't know where you're going. You are located right in the heart of Old Town Nice and its perfect for access to the beach and for the local fresh market. We strolled out every morning to pick up fresh fruit for the day. We have no problems recommending this place, unless you are elderly or have trouble walking as there are quite a few steps up to the apartment. We are certainly going back! For music lovers the 21st June is a good time to go as they have a music festival which is all over the city

It's lovely gazing at the chateau from your apartment but you must venture up to the ruined chateau. Walking beneath the waterfall is a must-do during your stay. You can either walk up the steps and enjoy the different view points over the Old Town red rooftops and the azur sea, take the lift or hop on the tourist train which gives you a historical guide as you go along. (Catch this on Promenade des Anglais, opposite Casino Ruhl). See if you can spot apartment Lily when you’re up there!
