Neighbourhood
The Quartier Etoile is in a wonderfully central location. Walk out of your door and the main shopping area of Jean Médecin and the pedestrian zone are right outside your door. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, is at your fingertips and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a few minutes walk away. The beach and promenade is 5 minutes away by foot across Place Masséna and public transport is excellent and within close proximity.
Bedrooms
The double bedroom is at the rear of the building and will ensure a peaceful night sleep. There is air conditioning and French doors leading out on the balcony.
Bathrooms
The shower room has a shower cubicle, mosaic tiled vanity unit and toilet. There is also air conditioning and a washing machine in here.
Living Area
The living area has air conditioning, original parquet floors, a comfortable leather sofa bed and a casual chair. There is 32” TV (English News & French channels), DVD player, CD player and FREE internet.
Kitchen
The kitchen is compact but well equipped with four ring electric hob and combination oven/grill, large integrated fridge-freezer, iron and ironing board, toaster, kettle, microwave and cafetiere .

Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground carpark at Nice Etoile commercial centre behind Boulevard Dubouchage. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' by the Old Town is your nearest bus stop. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 10-15 minute walk. If you are using the tram, your nearest stop is 'Masséna' outside of Galeries Lafayette department store. Linen
The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for two people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed there is an extra 30€ charge. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofabed there is an extra 30 euro charge.

"I was nervous before seeing the apartment as had only seen the online photograghs, but I couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised. Brilliant apartment in a perfect location. Close to the beach, shops and the old town but surprisingly quiet inside. The apartment is clean and pretty ( it looks a lot nicer than the pictures suggest). The old style lift and high ceilings give the the apartment character. Cooking area small but has everything you need. The bathroom is particularly pretty and has a power shower. The balcony and aircon were very useful given the heat and definitely made the stay more pleasant. Simon and Amanda were very friendly and helpful. The welcome pack was very useful. Front door is tricky to open so get Simon to show u how! Perfect for a couple on a romantic trip away. “

As far as we know it’s specific to Nice and sells delectable chocolates, sumptuous macaroons and cakes that look far too good to eat. We suggest trying the brightly coloured macaroons that come in all sorts of flavours. You won’t be disappointed!
