This modern apartment is set in a quiet and newly built holiday complex on the outskirts of Antibes with its own swimming pool, gardens and orange grove. This is perfect for those wanting a relaxing break in the sun and ideal for people who want to experience the attractions Antibes and the surrounding Riviera has to offer. It's also great for families as the grounds are safe and secure and for kids or the young at heart Aquasplash, Marine Land and Antibes Land are all close-by. Neighbourhood
This peaceful and relaxing complex is 500 m from a quiet pebble beach via a private street at the rear of the complex, this is approx a 6 minute walk. Please note this is not the main beach and there is no promenade, but you will find this in central Antibes. Val Claret is in an quiet relaxing residential location and is close enough to Antibes so you can enjoy all it has to offer. It is a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute walk to Vieux Antibes with its restaurants, cafes and brasseries. 5 minutes walk away is a local bakery and 5 minutes beyond is a small commercial area. This includes bakery, tabac, post office, chemist, fruit & veg shop. Beside this area is a Petit Casino Supermarket which is great for doing a reasonable shop. There are no shops or restaurants within the complex.
Bedrooms
There is one double bedroom with French doors leading to a balcony. There is also a twin room and both have ample storage space with fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms
The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower above and also boasts a vanity unit and mirror. The WC is separate.
Living Area
The open plan main living area is light and modern and benefits from air conditioning, large corner sofa, LCD TV (French channels), internet and a CD player. French doors lead out onto the large, sunny balcony. Electric shutters can be used in the evenings.
Kitchen
The brand new modern kitchen with has a breakfast counter and numerous appliances. There is an 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/ grill, under the counter fridge-freezer & washing machine. It is fully equipped with kettle, cafetière.
Dining Area
You’ll no doubt be eating mostly on the balcony but there is a lovely mosaic table and chairs seating 4.
Parking
There is 1 designated, secure outside parking space within the complex.
Public Transport
The 200 bus from the airport to Cannes take 50 minutes to get to Antibes and drops you at the stop called ‘Petit Four’ outside the complex. There is a free bus every 20 minutes. It has pink stripes and is called the ENVIBUS. It very handy as it stops at the back of the complex on Blvd Val Claret. Gare Routière bus station is approximately a 20-25 minute walk away. Gare Antibes train station is approximately a 15 minute walk.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and twin beds plus fluffy cotton towels for 4 people.

There is a fantastic restaurant in Antibes old town called 'Le Brulot'. There's a small area upstairs with seating which is manic and great fun, plus a cavern style downstairs that's a little larger. The atmosphere, food and service is brilliant. It&'s very busy and you may have to book but it is worth it for the experience. (3 Rue Frederic Isnard, Antibes)

We found the apartment and complex to be everything we required for great holiday. Swimming pool is clean and new. The pebbled beach is only a five min walk and the train station is 15 mins walk - From here its easy to get to Cannes, Nice and Monaco. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.
