Lympia is great value if you want to stay in a stylish, well designed apartment in one of the coolest sea front areas of town. You’re a short walk from the more tourist areas of Nice but in the heart of the Port area with great bars and restaurants and its famous antiques quarter. Neighbourhood
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is very close within a 10 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.
Bedrooms
The double bedroom is at the rear of the apartment block and has ample storage space.
Bathrooms
The stylish bathroom has a shower cubicle, a lovely vanity unit and toilet.
Living Area
The living area has polished dark wood floors, sofa bed and 2 easy chairs. There is a 16” LCD TV (with English news and French channels), DVD player, Internet, CD Player and selection of DVDs and CDs for you to enjoy. Kitchen
The small but stylish kitchen is well equipped and has a 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, large free standing fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, cafetière and a good selection of cooking equipment.
Dining Area
There is a round glass dining table and 4 funky chairs.
Parking
The Port is the only place where free parking is a little easier to find. Carry on a little further past the apartment towards the sea and you can find free parking spaces.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port, by the Riquier train station. Bus stop 'Le Port' is your nearest meeting bus stop. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Riquier train station is a 15 minute walk away and you can take trains in the direction of Monaco, Italy or Cannes and Grasse. Taxis can pick up/drop off at your apartment.
Linen
The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed there is an extra 30€ charge.

Pizzeria 'San Marco' at the end of Blvd Stalingrad, right out of your rental apartment, is a very friendly local restaurant. They serve a good choice of salads, pizzas and pastas. Our favourite is their delicious home-made lasagne.
