Mont Boron is the Beverley Hills of Nice with celebrities such as Elton John and Sean Connery choosing to live here. Villa Boron is located on Boulevard Carnot, a 20 min walk from the cafes and restaurants at the Port of Nice. The area is quiet and peaceful yet there is a large supermarket at the crossroads only 2 minutes walk away where you can find a diverse array of food and drink. The Old Town of Nice and the city centre are approx 30 mins walk away. There are steps which lead from Blvd Carnot down to the rocks at sea level where you can sunbathe and swim. Coco beach at the port is approx a 10 min walk away. (Please note these timings are an approximation and does not take into consideration walking difficulties or walking with small children)

There are 5 bedrooms, four have their own en-suite bathroom. The Elvis suite has its own marble sunken Jacuzzi, power shower and LCD TV and DVD player. 4 king size bedrooms and 1 bedroom has 2 double beds. All have air conditioning and high quality mattresses so you are assured of a great night's sleep.

Four bedrooms have its own en-suite bathroom with a power shower, vanity unit and toilet. The master Elvis suite also has the marble sunken Jacuzzi.

The 50 sqm lounge, dining and kitchen area has air conditioning, a 38” LCD TV with a Sky package (Irish, English and French channels), internet and DVD player. There is a large terrace leading off from the lounge which has a dining table for 6, ceiling fan and spectacular sea views of the azur Mediterranean sea. The stunning kitchen provides a really sociable atmosphere for group catering. It has an island breakfast bar and all mod cons including air conditioning, a 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, dishwasher, American style fridge, microwave, TV, kettle, toaster, and cafetière. There is a comfy lounge terrace leading off from the kitchen.

There are 3 dining areas. Inside the living area is a large dining table, there is a suntrap dining terrace seating 6 and a large barbeque terrace seating 8-12.

Parking is very easy to find on the private cul de sac road at the back entrance of the villa. Please note the garage and interior parking is currently not available for guest use.

Airport transfer is approx 20 mins in a taxi. The meeting point is at Villa Boron. There is a regular 100 bus service which travels along Blvd Carnot going to the shops, bars and restaurants of Vieux Nice (5 mins) one way and the sandy beach and charming village of Villefranche (5 mins) the other way. The beach at Villefranche is more suitable for children. The bus service stops at 9pm. Gare Routière can be reached by hopping on the number 100 bus outside your villa. If you wish to continue to Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station than change onto the tram at 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' stop. It is less than a 5 minute tram journey to the train station. The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for 4 king size beds and 2 double beds and fluffy cotton towels for 12 people.
