Citrus Garden has a 70 sqm garden full of lemon trees with peaceful surroundings. It’s a real tonic for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. With the stunning Port within a five minute walk away you won’t feel isolated as it has shops and restaurants with sea views. There is also easy access to sightseeing as you’re on the main bus route on the Riviera. Please note Citrus Garden is in a very quiet residential complex and neighbours are very sensitive to noise. Noise outside is not permitted after 10pm so please bear this in mind when booking. The walk to the apartment is up a sill so please bear this in mind if you have walking difficulties. Neighbourhood
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is very close within a 10 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.
Bedrooms
Both rooms have king size beds and one has its own en suite bathroom and toilet. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and French doors leading out onto the citrus garden.

The en suite a shower cubicle, sink and toilet. There is another bathroom with a corner bath, shower and sink. There is a separate WC.
Living Area
The living area is well styled with cosy cream furnishings and bright coral accents. There is air conditioning, a 32” LCD TV (with SKY package and English and French channels. Please note there are no Sky movie or sports channels). French doors lead out onto the lovely garden. Please note although the apartment does not look directly out onto any apartments, the complex is in a c shape and there are apartments above and to the sides of you. So neighbours on their balconies can have view of your garden. So if you do want absolute privacy this is not the apartment for you.
Kitchen
The separate traditional style cream kitchen has all modern conveniences: 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, large integrated fridge-freezer, washing machine, kettle, cafetière and a good selection of cooking equipment.
Dining Area
Eat outside in the citrus garden at the table seating 6 or sit inside at the dining table seating 4.
Parking
Free parking can be found outside the complex.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port, by the Riquier train station. Bus stop 'Le Port' is your nearest meeting bus stop. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Riquier train station is a 15 minute walk away and you can take trains in the direction of Monaco, Italy or Cannes and Grasse. Taxis can pick up/ drop off at your apartment.
