This is the place to be if you want to enjoy peaceful surroundings on one of the most exclusive roads in Nice. It’s a real tonic for those wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but with the stunning Port within a few minutes stroll away you won’t feel isolated as have shops and restaurants with sea views. There is also easy access to sightseeing as you’re on the main bus route on the Riviera.
Neighbourhood
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is within a 15 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.

There is one double room with it’s an en-suite bathroom and toilet and one twin room. Both bedrooms have air-conditioning and French doors leading out onto the Palm garden.

Free parking can be found within the gated complex. This is non allocated but always readily available.
Public Transport
Gare Routiere is a 20 minute walk. The 98 airport bus terminates here and this is your nearest meeting bus stop.
There is a bus stop at the Port and you can catch the 100 Monaco bus from here.
Riquer train station is a 15 minute walk away.
Taxi’s can pick up/ drop off at your apartment.
