Paradis Bleu is situated on Avenue Dr Picaud just outside the centre of Cannes. It’s a few minutes walk to the beach, a 15 minute walk to the Port area, a 20 minute walk to the Old Town and a 25 minute walk to La Croisette and the Palais des Congrès. Public transport is excellent and you are on the main bus route into Cannes centre, which takes only a couple of minutes, so this location is still practical if you are here for business or pleasure. This is a perfect location if you want a enjoy a gorgeous pool, spacious balcony, all mod cons and what we think is the nicest part of Cannes sandy beach on your doorstep. There are also some excellent restaurants on the beach.

The stylish bedroom has double glazed windows, a double bed, large fitted wardrobe and has a stylish boutique feel.

The separate bathroom has a full bath and overhead shower and large vanity unit sink. There is a separate WC.

The trendy open plan living area has a comfortable sofa bed that can sleep two people. There are also 2 comfy chairs. The apartment has air conditioning, a 30” LCD TV, DVD player, internet access, CD player and selection of DVDs for you to enjoy. French doors lead out onto the stunning balcony. The balcony faces Avenue Dr Picaud, which is the opposite side to the pool. We think that although this road can be busy the apartment complex is set far enough back that the noise is not intrusive. There is also a large wall surrounding the complex so the road is unseen and the balcony has a feeling of privacy.(Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access caused by internet providers)

The open plan kitchen has a breakfast bar, 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, large integrated fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle, cafetière and a good selection of cooking equipment.

Eat outside on the balcony at the dining table seating four or inside at the breakfast bar seating two.

There is a private designated car parking space beneath the complex.

Your nearest bus stop is outside the complex. You can catch the 1, 2 or 20 bus to Cannes from here or from Gare Routière or Gare SNCF to your apartment. Gare Routière is a 25 minute walk or a couple of minutes on the bus. Taxis can pick up/ drop off at your apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed there is an extra 30€ charge.
