Boulevard Victor Hugo is situated in the wealthy area of Carré d'Or which is full of some of the finest hotels in Nice, making this apartment incredible value in comparison to its neighbouring accommodation. You are a moments walk away from the main high street Avenue Jean Médecin and shopping in two of the best food halls in Nice. You will find yourself a few blocks back from the beach and next to one of the leafiest exclusive shopping streets in Nice – Rue Alphonse Karr. The Old Town is approximately a 7 minute walk across the impressive Place Masséna.

There are 2 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and large wardrobe storage space. There is one king size bedroom and one double bedroom. They both have double glazed windows and doors leading out onto the large balcony. There is a computer table in the king size room.

There is one bathroom with full size bath and overhead shower and vanity sink area. There is also a shower room with sink and toilet.

The open plan lounge area is light and airy and has a 3 seater sofa, armchair, air conditioning and tiled floors. You can enjoy 37” HD widescreen LCD TV, Internet access, DVD that plays European PAL and American NTSC and a CD player. Don’t forget there is also the outdoor lounge area on the superbly spacious balcony, perfect for a spot of quiet reading and relaxing in the sun. The kitchen is of a very high quality with granite work surfaces and a lot of thought put into it. You not only have a fridge-freezer, but a wine fridge also. Our recommendation is to stock up on superb local vino to enjoy on the balcony! There is a large combination microwave/oven and grill big enough to cook a pizza in and electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle and cafetière.

There is a dining table for four with leather chairs in the open plan living area or table for 6 outside on the balcony.

Victor Hugo has its own large private locked garage in the complex's underground car park.

If arriving from the airport take the 99 bus to Nice train station. The apartment is a short walk from here or you can hop on the tram and get off at your nearest stop called Jean Médecin. This is a 2 minute walk away on Avenue Jean Médecin outside Nice Etoile shopping centre. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 5 minute walk. Gare Routière bus station is approximately a 15 minute walk away. Taxis can pick up/drop off at your request at your rental apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one king size bed and one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for 4 people.
