Saint Antoine is just on the outskirts of Nice. It has a rural feel and is right next to the local wine growing area of Bellet. There is a local boulangerie, Spar supermarket, pharmacy and lively French bistro, Restaurant Simon. Nice centre and the beach is only a 5 minute drive down the hill or you can catch the bus right outside Villa Antoine. It runs every 10 minutes and takes about 20 minutes to the centre of Nice and the Old Town. It’s a fantastic location if you want the option of exploring Nice and if you’re out for the night you can grab a cab back very easily. Or, you can spend indulgent evenings chilling at Villa Antoine whilst watching the sunset over the Mediterranean and enjoying balmy summer evenings on the terrace. The choice is yours.

There are four bedrooms all with double beds, air conditioning and large wardrobe storage space. All rooms have double glazed doors that lead out onto various outside terrace areas. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor and have their own ensuite bathroom or shower room and two bedrooms are on the first floor and share a shower room. All bedrooms are in separate areas of the house so do not share adjoining walls adding to a real sense of privacy. They all have air conditioning.

There are three bathrooms in total. The ground floor has one ensuite bathroom with overhead shower fitting and double sink unit and toilet and one ensuite shower room with vanity sink unit and toilet. There is also a separate WC leading off from the living room. The first floor has a shower room with vanity unit and toilet. They are decorated in soft grey tiling and modern finishings and each has a towel radiator and a hair dryer.

The open plan living area is white and bright with high ceilings, tall windows with incredible views and large sliding patio doors leading out onto the superb decked terrace. There is a stunning large white leather corner sofa and black leather arm chair so you can sit back, pour yourself a glass of chilled wine and enjoy watching a movie on the 42” LCD TV with SKY television and DVD player. There is also air conditioning and internet access. The 50 square metre terrace is decked with a large dining table for 8 people with parasol plus there are four sun loungers. You’ll be hard pushed to prise yourself away from the swimming pool. Relax and do some lengths in the 10 metre long pool with amazing views over the countryside, French Alps and azur blue sea. (Please note the swimming pool does not have a shallow end and is deep four feet throughout so we advise small children are not left unsupervised)

The kitchen is perfect for a group to cook up a feast. Glossy red units house a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, electric four ring hob and combination oven and grill, extractor fan and microwave. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking equipment and has a kettle, coffee machine and toaster.

The large glass dining table next to the kitchen seats eight people. Enjoy eating with the patio doors open whilst enjoying the stunning views outside. There is air conditioning in the dining area.

There is secure parking within the gated complex plus a private garage beneath the villa for 3 cars.

The villa is approximately a 10 minute drive from the airport. A taxi from the airport is approximately 35 euros. This can vary. Taxi’s can pick up/drop off at your request at Villa Antoine. The villa is your meeting point. There is a bus stop outside the villa. The number 22 runs every 10 minutes and it is approximately 10 minutes to the beach and 20 minutes to the centre of Nice and the Old Town. Hop off at Rue Giofreddo near Place Massena and Galleries Lafayette department store.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for four double beds and fluffy cotton towels for eight people.
