Jasmine Terrace is a one bedroom house tucked away in a quiet private courtyard in a central street in the heart of Nice. The décor is modern and fresh and it has the open spacious feel of a beach house with limewashed wood, stripes, decking and pebbles. The kitchen has all mod cons and leading off from the large glass patio doors there is a private decked courtyard filled with jasmine, giving a feeling of openness and light to this wonderful house. Neighbourhood
The area 'Quartier Etoile' is in a wonderfully central location. Walk out of your house and the main shopping area of Jean Medecin and the pedestrian zone are right outside your door. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, is on your doorstep and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a few minutes walk up the street. The beach and promenade is 5 minutes away and public transport is excellent and within close proximity. What more could you ask for.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has lots of character and is in the bright loft on the first floor up stairs. It has a double bed with good quality mattress and large double wardrobe with mirrors. There is a dormer double glazed window with electronic blinds to ensure a good nights sleep. There is integrated air conditioning in the bedroom. Some areas of the bedroom are a little below height but we have tried and tested it with someone of 6’4” height and they felt they had no problems as the majority of the bedroom is full height.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a small corner bath with overhead shower. The bathroom is in the loft space so the standing room for the shower is suited for those of height 5’10 to stand totally comfortably in the shower. There is a tiled vanity unit, towel radiator and separate WC.
Living Area
In air-conditioned, spacious living room you'll find a comfy sofa bed, coffee table, 28" flat screen TV (French channels only) and DVD player. Big sliding windows lead to your private jasmine terrace with comfy chairs and table. Perect place to enjoy glass of rosé.
Kitchen
The lime washed kitchen has all modern conveniences. A four ring electric hob & combination oven/ grill, there is a large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar for four people. Outside the front door there is a second private courtyard with a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer and room to dry your clothes naturally.

Dining can accommodate four people on the jasmine terrace or at the breakfast bar.
Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground car park at Pavillion du Paillon on Boulevard Jean Jaurès. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' by the Old Town is your nearest bus stop. It is approximately a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 15 minute walk. If you are using the tram, your nearest stop is 'Jean Médecin' outside of Nice Etoile shopping centre. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien. Taxis can also pick up/drop off at your request at your rental apartment.
Linen
The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for two people. Linen and towels for the sofa bed are 30 € extra.

Turn right out of your apartment and there is a lovely restaurant next door called 'Flaveur'. It has a great value lunch time menu and prides itself on fresh local produce, a contemporary French & global fusion menu. The décor is fab!
