Neighbourhood
'Musiciens' is a lovely residential area with tall, prestigious buildings. The main shopping area along Boulevard Gambetta is packed with supermarkets, food markets, restaurants and boulangeries. You are a 10 minute walk from the beach and a few minutes away from Nice central train station. The area of Carré d'Or and pedestrian zone are a 5 minute walk away. The more tourist centre of the Old Town is about 15 minutes walk away.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a wall mounted flat screen tv, built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and shutters that will ensure a good nights sleep. The second bedroom has a 3/4 size bed and a single bunkbed above, a built-in wardrobe, air conditioning and electronic shutters.
Bathrooms
The bathroom has a full size bath with overhead shower. There is a tiled vanity unit with two sinks, towel radiator and separate WC.
Living Area
The open plan living area is cool and spacious and the glass patio doors lead out onto the balcony. There are four bistro style chairs and a table. The lounge area has a dark tiled floor, a comfortable double sofa bed and a 36” LCD TV (French channels) and DVD/ CD player and internet. There is integrated air conditioning.
Kitchen
The white glass kitchen has all modern conveniences: a four ring electric hob & combination oven/ grill, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is a breakfast bar with five comfy high stools seating five people.
Dining Area
Dining can accommodate five people at the breakfast bar or four at the outdoor bistro table.

Harmonie has its own large private parking space in the secure underground garage.
Public Transport
Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 5 minute walk. The 99 airport bus drops you off at Gare SNCF station. Gare Routière bus station is reached by a 10 minute walk to your nearest tram stop on Avenue Jean Médecin and couple of minutes journey on the tram. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Taxis can pick up/drop off at your request at your rental apartment. Your nearest taxi rank is the Gare SCNF Nice Ville train station.
