Quartier Etoile is in a wonderfully central location. Walk out of your door and the main shopping area is very close with high street and designer boutiques. An excellent supermarket is just around the corner. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional is on your doorstep and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a few minutes walk away. The beach and promenade are 10 minutes away by foot and public transport is excellent and within close proximity.

There are three kingsize rooms with frescoes on the ceiling and all have 4 poster beds and firm mattresses. Each room has a wardrobe and to ensure privacy no bedroom shares a connecting wall. The largest bedroom is at the front of the apartment and has two French windows, one of which leads out onto a balcony. The second bedroom is at the rear of the apartment and has an en suite bathroom. The third bedroom looks out over the terrace and has a bathroom next door. There are floor fans in every room for the summer but Sunflower Terrace remains cool in hot weather.

There are two bathrooms. One has a full size traditional freestanding bath with shower overhead, toilet and sink. The second bathroom is en suite and has a full size bath and two vanity units. There is also a separate WC in the hallway.

The open plan living area is light, spacious and is surrounded by French windows and leads out onto the sun terrace. Parquet floors, two leather sofas and cosy armchairs means there are plenty of places to relax and watch the 36” flatscreen television and watch a movie, or relax in a corner and enjoy a bit of privacy and a good book. There is a large wooden dining table for six with comfy leather chairs. French doors lead out onto the terrace and you will not be disappointed. Comfy chairs and table and a sun lounger take up one side in the lounge area and the other side has a glass dining table and chairs for six. There is an electronic awning in case you want to enjoy some shade. There are floor fans available for use in the summer but the apartment remains cool in the summer heat.

The traditional galley style kitchen has all modern conveniences. An integrated four ring electric hob & combination oven/ grill, there is a separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. There is a French door leading to the outside dining terrace to make serving fabulous meals al fresco even easier.

Dining will be a pleasure in this apartment, choose from dining area for six in the grand living room or on the sunflower terrace.

Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. Free parking can be found on the street, but cannot be guaranteed. There is a pay as you go underground car park at Nice Etoile commercial centre behind Boulevard Dubouchage. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.

The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' is your nearest bus stop. If meeting your Manager at the apartment you can take the tram from here to your nearest tram stop 'Jean Médecin' outside of Nice Etoile shopping centre. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a 10 minute walk. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien. Taxis can also pick up/drop off at your request at your rental apartment.
