The apartment is located just two streets behind the famous Promenade des Anglais, in between the Negresco Hotel and the Old Town of Nice. It is only a 4 minute walk to the beach! The many shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of the pedestrian zone on Rue de France lie right at your doorstep. This is one of Nice's most popular areas for its high street and exclusive brands shopping, or just for enjoying the holiday vibe during an evening stroll. Smaller food shops are all around, and a big Casino supermarket lies right around the corner. Practically everything in Nice is a short walking distance from the apartment. If you would like to venture further out, a major bus stop is located on the corner, and the Nice Central train station is a 10 minute walk away to explore the beautiful coastline and villages of the French Riviera. You will be in Antibes, Cannes and Monaco in respectively 15, 20 and 25 minutes, and the Italian border is only a 45 minute drive away.

The lovely bright bedroom is situated at the courtyard side of the building, making it very quiet for a good night's rest. If you want to keep the windows open at night, the white shutters will allow a lovely summer breeze while drifting away. The bedroom has another balcony, to read a book for example in all tranquility. Non-couple guests can sleep separately with one using the double bed in the bedroom and the other using the high quality sofa bed in the living room. This should be indicated to the owner as extra bedlinen needs to be provided. The apartment is not really suited to use with more than 2 people, although it can be requested when there is a third of fourth person staying for only a few nights.

There is a stylish shower room with sink and toilet.

The living room has French doors walking out onto the terrace and also facing the rear of the complex so is flooded with light. There is a comfortable sofa bed, a television (French & English-speaking news channels) and DVD player. There is a lovely selection of books to read on your holiday. There is also a floor fan and central heating in the winter.

The lovely cream kitchen overlooks the terrace and has a hob, microwave, washing machine, kettle, cafetière and a good selection of cooking equipment.

There is a dining table that can seat up to four in the living area. There is also a bistro style table for two on the terrace.

Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go car park at Palais Masséna at 29 Promenade des Anglais or Palais de la Méditerranée on Rue du Congres. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.

From the airport take the bus number 98 to Nice Centre. This bus leaves every 20 mins, and you can pay the 4 € fare to the driver directly. You get out on the Promenade des Anglais, right in the centre, at the stop called 'Palais de Mediterranée'. Cross the Promenade, walk up Rue de Congrès, take the second left and the apartment is located 20 metres on your right on the street Rue de la Buffa. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a good 15 minute walk. But you can use the tram. Tram stop 'Masséna' is your closest stop and is a 5 minute walk to/ from the apartment. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien, a 5 minute walk from Your Nice Apartment. Taxis can pick you up and drop you off outside your apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed, there is an extra 30 € charge.
