Belle is a superbly renovated classical French apartment. It is situated in a prime location but is at the rear of the building facing a quiet courtyard - so is blissfully peaceful day and night. The main living area is huge and benefits from three large French windows allowing a lot of light into the apartment and also a cool breeze in summer, keeping the apartment cool. It is the perfect apartment for two couples or groups as it is a well equipped for catering and relaxing plus it benefits from two separate bathrooms for maximum privacy. Neighbourhood
Belle is in the area of Quartier Etoile and is in a wonderfully central location. Walk out of your door and the main shopping area of Avenue Jean Medecin is on your doorstep with high street and designer boutiques. An array of restaurants, both modern and traditional, is on your doorstep and the more tourist centre of the Old Town is a 5 minutes walk away and the beach and promenade are 10 minutes away by foot. Nice train station is a couple of minutes walk away with regular train services to Monaco and Cannes and you are right next to the tram line which takes you to the main bus stops in minutes.
Bedrooms
There are two double bedrooms, both with their own private shower rooms. The bedrooms are compact but allow space for each guest to have the luxury and privacy of their own bathroom. There are a chest of drawers in each bedroom and there are two large fitted wardrobes in the living area with ample storage space for clothes and luggage.

There are two shower rooms, next to each of the bedrooms. There is a corner shower cubicle, vanity unit and sink and toilet in each.
Living Area
The open plan living area is huge with oak wooden floors and three large French windows resulting in the apartment being light and airy. There is a large black leather sofa and another very comfortable sofa bed. There is a wide screen TV (French and English news channels) and DVD player.
Kitchen
A wonderful contemporary American style open plan kitchen with all mod cons. At your disposal is a combination oven/ grill, four ring electric hob, large fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and cafetière.
Dining Area
The large glass dining table seats 6 people.
Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground car park at Nice Etoile commercial centre behind Boulevard Dubouchage. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
Nice central station is less than a 5 minute walk away. The 99 bus from the airport will drop you off at the train station and the apartment is an easy walk from here. The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for two double beds and fluffy cotton towels for 4 people. Linen for the sofa bed is available at an extra cost of 30 € payable on arrival.

"With our two young children, the location of this apartment was perfect. A lovely walk along Nice's main shopping street to the beach. Restaurants, designer shops, public transport and the city's main attractions were all really close by. Nice and the surrounding area is beautiful!
