It’s a real tonic for those who want the hustle and bustle of the city within walking distance but want to be in a quieter more local area. The stunning Port is within a few minutes stroll away. There is also easy access to sightseeing as you’re on the main bus route on the Riviera. Team this with a large stylish apartment with all mod cons and you are set for a Riviera adventure in a relaxing haven.
Neighbourhood
The Port is the place to go if you’re in the know. It has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, a good selection of restaurants and everyone comes here to relax over a drink at the end of the day to watch the sunset. The Old Town is scenic 15 minute walk so you can enjoy the more tourist centre of Nice. There are lots of excellent local shops and a supermarket close-by and within the complex. The main number 100 bus route goes through the Port on its way to Monaco and the border of Italy and there is a train station 15 minutes walk from here.
Bedrooms
There is one kingsize bedroom and one double bedroom. Both have air conditioning, stunning views over Mont Boron and plenty of storage space.
Bathrooms
There are two bathrooms. One has a shower cubicle, toilet, vanity sink and bidet. The second has a shower cubicle, vanity unit and its own toilet.
Living Area
The large open plan living area has a white leather sofa, 32" LCD TV (French channels) with DVD player and air conditioning. Internet is provided free of charge (Please note that we cannot be held responsible for the disruption of internet access caused by internet providers)
Kitchen
The stylish and spacious beech kitchen is well equipped with a built in electric hob, combination oven/ grill, extractor fan, microwave, large fridge freezer, washing machine and kettle. There is a glass breakfast bar to enjoy breakfast or a cocktail in the evening.
Dining Area
Enjoy eating in this fabulous open plan room with a view. There is a dining table for four people and the patio doors lead out onto the large balcony that extends around two sides of the apartment with sea views and bistro table and four chairs.
Parking
Free parking can be found within the gated complex. This is non allocated but always readily available.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus stops at the Port opposite the large church. This is your nearest meeting bus stop. The main bus routes to Monaco also go from here. There is a main train station 20 minutes walk away or a short bus ride down Boulevard Riquier. You can catch the bus to the popular perched village of Eze on Blvd Riquier outside the Intermarche supermarket.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one king size bed and one double beds and fluffy cotton towels for 4 people.

La Reserve is a stunning Michelin star restaurant and is across the road from your complex. The views across the Port are magnificent. Splash out and go in the evening for a special treat, enjoy the 30 Euro lunch time or simply go for drinks in the bar and watch the sunset.

We had a wonderful time in Coco! The location is fabulous, close to the little pebbly beach also called Coco beach. The balcony was a great spot for breakfast and the apartment itself had everything we could want. Also big thanks to the gentleman who met us on arrival and was very informative about Nice and the French Riviera – we did go to Monaco as suggested! Thanks we’ll be back.
