Dear YNA,
just wanted to thanks for the nice hospitality we had during our recent stay in Nice.
Having sent a first email for a first flat we were interested in, we received a very prompt reply from Carla, from YNA Customer Service Dept, informing us that that specific flat wasn’t available,
suggesting Josephine to us and to proceed in our search directly inside the YNA website.
We liked the idea to stay in the Vieux Nice, for its charmy atmosphere overall.
We proceeded with booking the night before our journey and we positively appreciated the prompt reaction of YNA staff to reply to our request by confirming the booking
and sending immediately the link to the website with private login credentials where we could access to all necessary details to locate the flat,
the contact name of the local YNA manager who would host you during the check-in and being your main contact in case of need during your stay.
We agreed on a time of arrival and we met with Gosia who has been very nice to welcome us at Josephine flat and to give us all necessary information regarding the flat and the surrounding area.
We loved Josephine flat. Even if located at the 6th floor without lift of a very nice old building, the small effort to reach the top floor, it is strongly compensated by the charm and the view you can have once at the top.
We see all Nice, with a view over the city roofs, the mountains behind, the old churches around, the sea, this from one side of the flat. On the other side, you would admire the cascade and also the nice water sound of the near by Park of the Castle.
The Flat itself is all you need to relax and make you feel like at home. A nice living room with a nice equipped kitchen, a nice bathroom, a corridor will bring you to the bedroom with a nice comfortable king size bed.
2 more guests can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
The flat is located in a very strategic position, you park your car (if you travel by car like we did in this trip) and then you enjoy walking on the Vieux Nice or along the wonderful Boulevard des Anglais.
There are many nice places for eating out in Nice, we would have like to try the Bistrot d’Antoine, in Rue de la Prefecture, which unfortunately was closed during the new years’ eve days.
Next time with other suggestions too!
We will definitely take again in consideration Josephine flat for our next journeys in Nice, even if we are also very curious to try others YNA flats, very positively impressed by our first experience with them!
Thanks a lot once more
