Just an easy 15 minute drive from Nice airport the villa is only 2 miles (a ten minute drive) fromCagnes-sur-Mer where you can enjoy the beach and many restaurants and bars and you can be in the heart of bustling Nice with its famous Old Town and the Promenade des Anglais in 20 minutes . So you are in a really excellent location to enjoy the peaceful countryside, but close enough to enjoy the sea and city life if you wish. Renoir's museum and gardens are just down the road and the famous artistic and historic villages of St Paul de Vence and Haute de Cagnes are close by so you can enjoy a taste of French Riviera art and culture. If you want to enjoy a slice of glamour then head to Cannes a 30 minute drive just a little further along the coast.

There are five bedrooms in total consisting of one kingsize, three doubles and one twin room. The master kingsize bedroom and double bedroom have French windows leading out onto the balcony. One double bedroom is attached to the garage and is accessed through its own French windows or through the garage door. This also has its own shower room and toilet which is accessed through the garage.

The master bedroom has one ensuite bathroom with full bath and large vanity unit. There are two separate shower rooms one on the first floor and on the ground floor. There are two separate WCs. There is also another bathroom attached to the separate bedroom attached to the garage.

The villa has a Californian feel and is decorated in a stylish and homely manner with comfort in mind. The separate lounge has a large corner sofa and comfy armchairs so you can enjoy the entertainment system on offer, a 38” LCD TV (Sky English channels), internet, DVD & CD player. There is a ceiling fan for the summer and a real log fire for use in the winter making this an excellent choice for an all year round get away. French windows lead out into the garden and infinity swimming pool. The swimming pool has a large terrace area, comfy sun loungers and large dining table for alfresco meals overlooking the stunning views of the valley. (Please note the pool is not heated.)

The separate spacious kitchen has modern cream units and all modern conveniences with a good range of cooking equipment for large parties. You will find a 4 ring electric hob, combination oven/grill, dishwasher, large fridge/ freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, & cafetière

The dining room seats upto ten people and has French windows leading out onto the terrace, pool and gardens.

There is private gated car parking for two cars within the villa grounds.

We would recommend hiring a car but if you do wish to use public transport there is a bus service to Cagnes Sur Mer every hour where you will find the main regular train route running across the French Riviera from the Italian border town of Menton to Cannes and Grasse. Taxis are expensive across the Riviera but available if you do not wish to drive on a night out.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for 1 king size beds, 3 double beds and 2 single beds and fluffy cotton towels for 10 people.
