Its attractions and the hustle and bustle of picturesque streets are on your doorsteps. One day trips to nearby villages of the Riviera couldn’t be easier with a fantastic public transport in the proximity.
Neighbourhood
The atmospheric Old Town of Nice (Vieux Nice) is packed with cafés, bars, ice cream parlous, art galleries, boutiques and restaurants. There is also plenty of boulangeries around to try different French patisseries every day. The colorful Cours Saleya marketplace, the beach and promenade are only a short walk away. There are excellent transport links with the main buses being a few minutes’ walk away and the tramline which takes you to the train station in minutes.
Bedrooms
This cosy bedroom has a double bed and a big wardrobe with plenty of storage space. There is no window in the bedroom but the semi-transparent glass wall separating it from the living room ensures that there is plenty of light pouring in. An integrated air conditioning ensures a good night's sleep.

The bathroom has a large cream tiled shower cubicle, sink unit, toilet and towel radiator.
Living Area
The open plan bright living area has wooden floors, comfy faux leather sofa bed designed to sleep one person, replica French furniture, flat screen LCD TV (French and English news channels), DVD/CD player and internet. Integrated air conditioning provides cool air during hot summer days. There is also a selection of books and DVDs for you to enjoy. Kitchen
The modern kitchen is all in length and is very well equipped. At your disposal there is a four ring electric hob, oven/grill, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle and cafetière and a variety of utensils and cooking ware.

A round glass table in the living area comfortably seats four people.
Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground car park ‘Palais du Justice’, the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari. There is also one on the Cours Saleya, the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' is your nearest bus stop. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a good 20 minute walk. But you can use the tram. Tram stop 'Cathédrale' is your closest one. It is less than a 5 minute journey to the train station. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien. Taxis can also pick up/drop off at your request at Place du Palais, very close to your rental apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed, there is an extra 30€ charge.

This is such a great location we have two little gems! Explore Rue Bunico and Rue Droite with their small art galleries. There is something for all tastes and if you like art you can find a unique piece as a souvenir. Also if you love cheese then you have to try out Bistro du Fromager. Its on Rue Benoit Bunico and has a fabulous wine cave not to mention a menu full of divine cheese dishes from traditional tartiflette to fresh stuffed buffalo mozzarella .
