Situated in the Musicien area, one of the very best neighborhoods in Nice and close to all types of commodities as the beach, the main shopping areas as well as all types of public transportation, you will be in within short walking distances to everything of interest. The apartment has two large and very spacious bedrooms both with authentic 18th century fireplaces and large wardrobes. The first bedroom has a long king-size bed as well as a sitting area. The second bedroom has two long single beds that may be put together to make a second king sized double bed if needed. The second bedroom has also a large and relaxing armchair by the fireplace. There are fans available for both bedrooms.

The ultramodern main bathroom has a large shower space with tiled mosaic flooring and an integrated stylish shower system. There is also a large vanity sink, a toilet, a bidet and a large cupboard for storage. The second bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles in a soft green color and includes a toilet, a small sink as well as a comfortable shower area of 80x80 cm. Both bathrooms have electrical air extractors.

There are two lounges. One a TV lounge with a very intimate and cozy feeling dominated by a comfortable sofa group with lots of space and an ancient fireplace on which there is a modern 32” high definition LCD TV with cable access (French channels and English speaking news channels). There is also a small office table equipped with a computer and a printer for common use as well as a high speed WIFI connection . The second lounge is more formal and perfect for a quiet space to read and relax or enjoy an aperitif before going out or enjoying dinner in the grand dining room. There is an impressive chandelier and 18 century mirror with two very comfortable armchairs and a chaise longue. Three large French windows of which two face the park allow in lots of light as well as an inviting and relaxing view.

The separate spacious and modern kitchen is well equipped includes integrated equipment as a washing machine, dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, oven/grill combination and a 4 ring hob( gas), a microwave oven, an extractor fan and a high quality coffee/espresso machine plus a toaster. There is also a bar table with 2 high chairs for small meals.

An eclectic mix of old and modern designer furniture from different parts of the world surround the massive oak dining table with space for up to 8 people in comfortable surroundings.

If arriving from the airport take the 99 bus to Nice train station. The apartment is a short walk from here or you can hop on the tram and get off at your nearest stop called 'Jean Médecin'.
