Highbury & Islington is a wealthy area of London because of it green parks and incredibly central location with superb public transport links. Highbury & Islington tube station is 1 stop to Euston and St Pancreas stations, 3 stops to Oxford and Regent Street plus the overland can take you to Stratford and the Olympic stadium within 15 mins and 4 stops. Because of Highbury & Islingtons prime location it is bursting with boutique shop and a huge array of restaurants and gourmet pubs. Upper Street is the main high street and this is a couple of minutes walk from the house. Park life is a large part of local life in London and Highbury Fields is just across the road. It's a beautiful open public space where locals sun bathe, walk their dogs and socialise. Keep you eyes peeled for English celebrities as the tv presenter Clive Anderson, chef Nigel Slater and actress Kathy Burke all reside in this stunning area of London.

The bedrooms have wooden floors, authentic Victorian feature fireplaces and a clean minimal but cosy feel. There are four bedrooms. The master has a kingsize bed and there are two double beds and one room with twin beds. The master king bedroom has an en suite bath and shower room with stunning fireplaces and feature sofa. There is a double and twin bedroom that share a bathroom and another double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. All have good storage space.

There are three bathrooms and one further toilet room with sink unit and integrated washing machine and tumble dryer. All are decorated in a stunning traditional Victorian design with the modern conveniences you would expect from this deluxe property. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with traditional roll top Victorian bath and a separate walk in shower, sink unit and toilet. The double and twin rooms share a bathroom with roll top Victorian bath with overhead shower, toilet and sink unit and there is a further ensuite with shower, sink unit and toilet.

The open plan living are is large and spacious with dark wooden floors, whitewashed walls and spotlights throughout. Walk in through the hallway and you will find a large living area leading onto the dining area and kitchen with sliding patio doors exiting out onto the terrace/ garden area. There are two three seater sofas and armchairs with a full entertainment system with 38" LCD TV with all English channels and extra provided by the Virgin TV package, DVD player and internet/ wifi, digital radio and 2 music systems.

The modern well equipped kitchen is a stylish mix of wooden units and stainless steel utilities. There is a large gas hob and combination electric oven/grill, dishwasher, a large fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, an extractor fan and a kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

There is a large rustic wooden dining table that will adequately seat eight people with five colourful retro chairs and a wood bench.

Highbury & Islington tube and overland station is a two minute walk away. Use the overland train tube in Stratford and the Olympic station within 15 minutes. Use the underground and you are one stop/ only a couple of minutes away from Euston and St Pancreas stations and 3 stops from Oxford Street and Regent Street in central London.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp cotton linen for 1 kingsize, 2 double and twin beds plus fluffy cotton towels for 8 people.
