Neighbourhood
Marion is located in the Carre D’Or area near to the bustling street of Blvd Grosso. It is close to supermarkets and restaurants and only a two minute walk from the beach front and the Promenade des Anglais. The vibrant Old Town is just a 20 minute walk down the promenade.

The stylish double bedroom is on a full height mezzanine level overlooking the lounge. The bedroom space benefits from air conditioning.

The bathroom is also upstairs and as well a toilet, there is also a shower cubicle and a vanity unit/sink.

The open plan living area has comfortable seating for 4 people, There is a LCD TV with English news channels, internet access and a DVD player and CD plyer/radio. Public Transport
The 98 bus runs from the airport down the promenade and terminates in the Port. The closest bus stop would be opposite blvd Francios Grosso called 'Grosso CUM / Promenade'. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is approximately a 25 minute walk away down Blvd Gambetta to Av Theirs.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for one double bed and fluffy cotton towels for 2 people. If you require linen and towels for the sofa bed it is 30 Euros.

Just walk two minutes from the apartment onto the Promenade and turn left towards the Old Town and within a five minute stroll you will see the bar and restaurant 'Bleu Beach', just past the famous Negresco Hotel. It's in a superb location on the beach and has a great friendly atmosphere with the added bonus of very drinkable house wine for just twelve euros a bottle. We think it's the best value bar in Nice and a brilliant half way stop before heading down the promenade to the Old Town.

I went to Nice with my 2 sisters and we stayed at this apartment. Location is superb you are literally walking distance from every where we even walked into the port which is a bit of a trek but the scenery is so fantastic it made walking a lot easier. The apartment is very smart and having the air conditioning was a life saver.The bus stop at the end of the road also has a link to the airport and the Gare SNCF which enabled us to travel to Italy for a day also. All in I would highly recommend this property and would have no hesitation in going back there.
