One day trips to nearby villages of the Riviera couldn’t be easier with a fantastic public transport in the area.
Neighbourhood
The atmospheric Old Town of Nice (Vieux Nice) is packed with cafés, bars, ice cream parlous, art galleries, boutiques, artisanal shops and restaurants. There is also plenty of boulangeries around to try different French patisseries every day. The colorful Cours Saleya marketplace, the beach and promenade are only a short walk away. There are excellent transport links with the main buses being a few minutes’ walk away and the tramline which takes you to the train station in minutes.

The two double bedrooms have a boutique hotel feel with crisp white walls, wooden floors, contemporary décor and dimmable bedside lamps. High quality mattresses will ensure a good night’s sleep.

The white glossy bathroom with black tiled floor has a walk-in rain shower, sink unit and toilet.
Living Area
The crisp minimal living area is a perfect place to relax after a day of sunbathing or sightseeing. It has wooden floors, modern furnishings, such as a white faux leather three seater sofa bed, comfy chairs and tempered glass coffee table, and an entertainment system with a flat screen TV (French and English news channels), DVD/CD player, AirPlay speaker and internet with Wi-Fi access. Kitchen
The separate, modern bright kitchen is very well equipped. At your disposal there is a four ring electric hob, oven, under counter fridge-freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, Italian cafetière and a variety of utensils and kitchenware.

There is a dining table for four. There is also a small breakfast table in the kitchen for two.rn
Parking
Free parking in Nice can be difficult to find. There is a pay as you go underground car park ‘Palais du Justice’, the entrance is on Rue Alexandre Mari. There is also one on the Cours Saleya, the entrance is on Rue Saint François de Paule. Go to www.plan-nice.org for a map of all car parks in Nice.
Public Transport
The 98 airport bus runs from the Airport through the centre of Nice and terminates in the Port. Bus stop 'Cathédrale - Vieille Ville' is your nearest bus stop. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a good 20 minute walk. But you can use the tram. Tram stop 'Cathédrale' is your closest one. It is less than a 5 minute journey to the train station. Visit www.lignesdazur.com for more information. Taxi rank Hotel Meridien is closest and is opposite McDonald’s at the Hotel Meridien. Taxis can also pick up/drop off at your request at Place du Palais, very close to your rental apartment.

The total price of this apartment includes crisp white Egyptian cotton linen for two double beds and fluffy cotton towels for 4 people. If you require extra linen and towels for the sofa bed, there is an extra 30€ charge.
