We thoroughly enjoyed our two weeks in Nice and this apartment really MADE the trip for us. We spent many days exploring Nice but always returned to the apartment (especially the balcony) for happy hour and people watching!

Weather, food, beach, atmosphere, eating out, apartment and balcony have been fabulous, we are sad to go but have had a great time.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We loved to sit on the balcony with wine and beer!

Our tops tips are to buy your drinks, cheese and biscuits from Monoprix and sit on the balcony watching the world go by. Buy fresh bread from the bakery 2 mins from the apartment. Overall Amazing location and lovely apartment.

This lovely apartment has made our holiday. It proved to have a fantastic location which made it very easy to explore the Old Town and its hidden museums and historic sites. We spent evenings on the balcony with wine and dinner, it truly is a great people watching spot.

We've done the camping holidays on a tight budget with 4 kids but now we are 2 again we loved this cute little flat! So handy for cafes, shops and great balcony for people watching. Loved soaking in the bath after tiring days and invigorating shower before breakfast 'sur le balcon'

Wow! What a beautiful place and how great has this apartment been! The meet and greet from Simon and Amanda was useful and welcomed especially after traveling for weeks!
