"Our holiday in the south of France was one of our best ever, due in large part to our lucky choice of accommodation at the Anais flat in Nice. What a fantastic place! The location was absolutely ideal. It is in Vielle Ville (old town) but on an ideal block, just steps away from the vibrant street life, but set back enough so that the apartment is quiet. Everything is in very close walking distance: Place Massena, the beach, Cours Saleya, Gare Routiere, a local garage if you have a car."

Excellent quiet location. Close to the bus station and tram. Lots of patisseries, grocers, butchers, nick-knack stores to choose from in the area. Comfortable beds. Authentic French experience. We had a wonderful week. The girls loved the big bath and watching the DVD's.

A very nice and clean apartment right in the heart of the Old Town. A few minutes walk from the bus station and 5 minutes away from the main market. You can arrange to meet at the apartment or bus station and you get a welcome pack including some fresh coffee and a bottle of wine which is a nice touch. It is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift so you need to be reasonably fit to tackle the stairs especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Great place in the heart of the old Nice, very close to the market, the beach and the Promenade des Anglais. Pleasant appartment, we enjoyed the stay!
