A lovely stylish apartment with a beautiful large balcony that we enjoyed every night watching the evening go by!

Lovely location, only one block back from the beach! Apartment was everything and more that we required. Would love to return.

A beautiful French Apartment-stunning! Fantastic location to stay in, only a 5 minute walk to Old Town, and a 10 minute walk to beach it was perfect.....

service was excellent and we appreciated the fact that the rep Bart, was a local Nicoise man and a true gentleman. The apt. was in a beautiful peaceful and bright old building- truly french. We loved the classy and spacious interior , the stunning views and the chic location. The only downside was that we had our 18 year old daughter come to stay with us on the last 2 nights and she used the lounge to sleep which was very comfortable except for the noise from outside. She was unable to sleep all night. However the apt. is meant to be for 2 only and the bedroom was really quiet and peaceful so we cant really complain. Overall we were delighted with the apt. and would just love to go back there again. Apartment - Jeanette

Splendid location. Close to everything (supermarket, shops, old town and even the sea) but very quiet and peaceful. The apartment and surounding very elegant. It was perfect for 4 adults. The contact person was very friendly and helpful. I liked a huge balcony, the air condition, comfortable bed. Trully recomend. Apartment - Victor Hugo

Superb views, and well worth the climb up 6 flights every day. Could be a bit noisy at night but made us feel part of the atmosphere and vibrancy of the city. Beach 5 mins walk. Location unbeatable. A magical retreat on the rooftop- high above the bustle- we loved the views to east and west and the changing light- we visited at the equinox so the sun rose on one side at seven and set on the other at seven. We enjoyed having all that space and the furnishing was very much to our taste- quirky and colourful, and I guess we felt that the owners would share our sadness at the passing of Habitat... You weren't kidding about the noise- the nightclub below took a little getting used to- hence only 4 stars for comfort. Our manager was great- thank you Apartment - Josephine

We were surprised and delighted to find such a central and beautiful flat for our summer holiday. All was clean, the flat was comfortable and only 5 Minute to go to the bus station. We enjoyed our holiday very much and we are thinking about another stay in Nice. The view to the port was wonderful in the evening, and we enjoyed to sit on the balcony with a glas of wine watching the ships in the port. The kitchen was well equipped, dish washer, washing machine, micro wave, refrigerator. We loved it! Thank you for a wonderful holiday! Apartment - Moulin

Great value and very comfortable little apartment. The apartment is well equipped and modern. Location was ok .. not really easy to get anywhere without a car, but was a quiet neighbourhood, and easy to get to Nice/Antibes Old Town. Would definitely stay here again Apartment - Les Trois Arbres

Though the stairs were a bit difficult with luggage, this apartment was a great place to stay. We were met by a very nice guy from the company who lead us to the apartment, pointed out some of the shops, and got us settled in. The apartment was very comfortable and fairly quiet, especially considering it is right in the hear of old town It made for a very convenient place to be - easy access to old town, the tram, the buses up the coast, or the beaches. This two bedroom apartment was a good choice. Excellent location. One small disadvantage was a street noise on the morning. Despite that I am very glad that I chose this apartment as location and place was perfect. Apartment - Victoria
