We wish to thank you again for a wonderful week-long stay at Villa Boron. Arranging a vacation rental over the internet can be fraught with problems, but Villa Boron was exactly as you described and everything we needed and wanted in a rental. Since there were six of us traveling (three generations), we needed a sizeable apartment or home; Villa Boron was spacious enough to provide the privacy we required, yet intimate enough to enjoy our leisure time together. The location—especially a quick walk to a grocery store—was ideal. It was a short drive into the heart of Nice, a lovely walk to the beach and close to dramatic overlooks and ocean views. Among our favorite times was breakfast—or dinner—on the deck, surrounded by the blooming bougainvillea and morning glory and with a peaceful view of the Mediterranean. We also enjoyed the swimming pool/whirlpool, which was especially relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. In addition, we appreciated your availability and attentiveness to our needs. We would highly recommend Villa Boron to others looking for a convenient and central location to explore the Cote d’Azur and southern France. Thank you so much!

My 2 daughters and I had a wonderful 3 weeks at this apartment. It was much more than I expected,perfectly located in a beautiful area, central to everything. The apartment itself was in pristine condition and beautifully laid out,full of all the necessities for eating in if wanted. The welcome pack on arrival was indeed very welcome! "Our holiday in the south of France was one of our best ever, due in large part to our lucky choice of accommodation at the Anais flat in Nice. What a fantastic place! The location was absolutely ideal. It is in Vielle Ville (old town) but on an ideal block, just steps away from the vibrant street life, but set back enough so that the apartment is quiet. This was our first time to Nice and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is spot on – eating breakfast overlooking the cathedral in Place Rossetti was like waking up in a dream. You are right in the middle of everything and it only takes a few minutes to walk to the beach – Joanna who met us was great and very informative she really helped us enjoy the Old Town and Nice.
